An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Executive to join an award winning Manchester Law firm. There is an excellent salary/opportunity available for the right individual.The Conveyancing Executive will join a friendly team and we have a variety of caseloads to manage.Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries, reporting on mortgage offers and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and we also offer support and development.The ideal candidate will:·Ideally be a Law graduate but not essential (2.1 or above)·Have experience working within a Conveyancing team (essential)·Be ambitious & motivated to achieve personal & professional goals·Able to work as part of a team and independently· Experience in dealing with at least one of the following - freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchase & remortgage from beginning to end· Experience in working with case management systems·Have a willingness to learn and progressApplicants with strong volume conveyancing experience will only be considered for this opportunity, 2 years experience as a minimum.Please apply now for immediate consideration.Job Type: Full-timePay: £21,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Required skills
