Job Description

Conveyancer/Team ManagerPermanentManchester£40-£45kRoleWhile managing and motivating a team of conveyancing assistants, you will also manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing sale and purchase transactions. You will be responsible for the full scope of the conveyancing transaction.Duties

  • You will efficiently manage a case load of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures throughout the whole process
  • You will deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, in order to provide advice and assistance
  • You will be responsible for communicating with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
  • You will ensure that you and your team members utilise the case management system fully and will follow all company guidelines when doing so
    • Essentials
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a conveyancer running your own high volume case load
  • Strong management skills
  • Excellent client care
  • Highly organised
  • Experience using a case management system Proclaim
  • Conveyancing qualification is desirable
  • Confidence in building and maintaining business relationships
