Job Description

Our clients are an ambitious and growing Manchester-based passive fire protection contractor -They are now looking for a Contracts Manager - Passive Fire Protection to join their growing team.Theyre a highly professional organisation with an impressive portfolio of major clients and arewell established in a number of dynamic and growing markets.This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to become anintegral part of our team, to help push the business and their own career to new levels.Contracts Manager - Passive Fire ProtectionYoull be responsible for the management of a range of projects and your day-to-dayresponsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for the management, planning, and programming of projects.
  • Producing method statements and risk assessments.
  • Administrate and monitor Management Software.
  • Undertake quality checks.
  • Assist with the submission of quotations and tenders.
  • Monitor productivity.
  • Carrying out site surveys.
  • Assist with business development.
  • Communicating with our clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
About You:To be successful as aContracts Manager - Passive Fire Protection, you must have a minimum one years experience in working in the passive fire protection industry and a track record as a manager, supervisor and surveyor.Youll be able to work on your own initiative, and bring innovative thinking tothe team.Youll be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and team player with a meticulous attention to detail.You will be proficient in use of Word and Excel. Have the ability to build good relations with clients and colleagues.Hold a full Driving LicenceDesirable Qualifications
  • SMSTS / SSSTS
  • CSCS Manager Card
  • Firas Card Holder (Supervisor Level)
  • IFE Level 2 or 3 Passive Fire Protection
