Contract ManagerManchester£250 - £300 per dayWorking with a principle contractor on an M&E energy efficiency project with a large public sector client. Theyre about to embark on phase 2 and are looking for a strong Contract Manager to represent their interests when walking the tightrope between relationshipmanagement and contract negotiation with the client.This is a prominent contract so therell be lots of you to get your teeth into, plus youll be supported by an onsite team of Project and Construction Managers. Initially the contract is expected to last 6 months but we are expecting new work off the back ofthis so there is every likelihood this could be extended.If youre an experience Construction Contract Manager wed love to hear from you!You will need NEC contract experience and be confident interpreting contracts and negotiating variations. The reason were looking for a Contractor in the first place is because we want someone with knowledge of Manchester so youll need to be currently living in the area.
