Contracts Manager Stretford, Greater Manchester £55,000 - £60,000 Excellent role on offer for a Contracts Manager looking to work for a growing Mutli-Disciplinary Construction company, overseeing contracts across many sites allowing for autonomy in your role.Are you an ambitious Contracts Manager seeking to progress your career On offer is an excellent opportunity to work within a rapidly growing business operating at the forefront of their market. This company are a Contractor who deliver a wide array of works, including industrial, commercial, and residential projects of varying scale ranging from refurbishments to new builds. They are in a period of growth since the pandemic and have an impressiveorder book and are therefore looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their growing team. In this role you will be undertaking tasks including managing site managers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest levels of quality and safety, ensure time restraints and costs are adhered too, liaising with clients to secure repeat business and attendsite meetings. Some travel to sites across the country will be a requirement of the position. This role would therefore ideally suit a candidate with experience as a contracts manager, or a site manager looking to progress their career, and ideally with steel frame construction experience.
