Job Description

The Contracts Coordinator is a key position within the team working to ensure effective relationships between the business and our Suppliers & Local Authority partners.Client DetailsWe are an electrical and electronics business responding to requirements set out in the WEEE Directive, supporting members in meeting their legal producer responsibility obligations with cost-effective, market-leading compliance solutions.Description

  • Day to day liaison with key contacts and management of Local Authority and other contracts
  • Day to day liaison and proactive resolution of queries and service issues
  • Data collation and analysis in advance and participation in service provider reviews
  • Data collation and analysis in advance and preparation of service provider tenders and the review of associated KPIs
  • Relationship building and ongoing management our service partners and Local Authorities
  • Supporting opportunities for cost effective non-member collection arrangements
  • Interrogation of data to spot opportunities to improve service and/or reduce costs
  • Maintenance of data within internal systems to ensure other departments activities operate smoothly
  • Dealing with queries from across the business on service provision to our customer
  • To support the overall compliance position, ensuring the scheme complies with its financing obligation
  • Efficient delivery of our service
  • Contributing to the Business information systems
  • Support the delivery of our Vision and Values.
Profile
  • Experience of working within a Procurement setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate level of Excel a must as reporting will form part of the role.
  • Experience & confidence of dealing with Suppliers & Partners.
  • Able to collaborate with wider teams, attention to detail & able to work independently when required.
Job Offer
  • Salary up to £30K DOE
  • Hours 9-5:30 - 37.5 hours per week.
  • Some hybrid working available after initial probation period.

  • Pension with a match up to 7.5% of contribution
