Are you a Construction Manager looking for an opportunity to join one of the nations most reputable and unique roofing contractors Are you motivated and wish to advance with serious progressive opportunities and access to training An excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor across the North West as a Contracts Supervisor in site based, travelling role covering multiple different sites for a variety of large tier 1 clients. This company are an offsite roofing contractor providing high spec solutions across multiple sites. The company pride themselves on delivering high spec results for their large client base all over the UK. The company are growing from strength to strength andsee their management team expanding with the organic growth of the business due to a huge pipeline of future work. In this site based role youll be road based, travelling from site to site working closely shadowing senior management to learn their skills ready to step up into a Contract Manager role. Day to day duties are varied but include, being at start of site meetingsto insure the install team are able to start projects on time. Overseeing sites already in progress, liaising with other site supervisors to ensure time restraints and costs are adhered to. Review costs and tender, ensure cranes have sufficient access andhealth and safety compliance is adhered to. This role ideally suits someone from a carpentry background with interest in roofing wanting to progress.
