Job Description

Become a Digital Marketing Apprentice and kickstart your IT career today! NowSkills partners with ambitious employers to build the best digital apprenticeships in the North-West. We’ll support you on your learning journey, from start to finish.You will be working for the UKs largest importer, wholesaler, and distributor of on-trend fashion clothing for all major high street stores and e-tailers. This role is based in Manchester. As a digital marketing apprentice, you will provide support to colleagues in all aspects of delivering the digital marketing and eCommerce strategy across the B2B website. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience in marketing/eCommerce, within a desirable environment.Your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Apprentice:

  • Writing product content.
  • Producing landing content
  • Posting SERP (search engine results page) optimised content
  • Monthly blog posts
  • Working with the e-Commerce administrator to provide general administration support
  • Replying to customer enquiries.
    • Interested The skills you should have:
  • An interest in fashion and capable of maximising the product information through specifications and descriptions
  • Proactive and familiar with digital marking channels
  • Excellent writing skills and a comprehensive understanding of the English language
  • IT literate with skills in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work accurately under time pressure
  • A dynamic personality, a can-do, roll up the sleeves’ mentality, and a true team player
  • Experience with image editing software e.g., Photoshop
  • Experience working with an e-commerce system
  • A-C GCSE English and Maths
    • Typical work hoursMonday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmWhat kind of training will you receiveTraining will take place in our classroom locations, online, and face to face with our mentors. Your employers line manager will also support you and teach you skills.As a NowSkills Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be assigned a supportive and well-experienced Digital Marketing tutor who will provide tasks and targets to you to help you obtain the best possible grade.Qualifications you will receive (varies with the employers projects)
  • Digital Marketer Level 3 (awarded by the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education)
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Award in the Principles of Coding
  • CIW Internet Business Associate
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Digital Marketing Business Principles
