Trust In SODA are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation as they look to bolster their UX team with another content designer. Youll be joining their transformation squad, delivering powerful change to the way healthcare is digitalised. Were looking for a Content Designer to create content for all areas of the business. You will participate in Discovery sessions, creative workshops, be part of regular user testing sessions, design critiques and collaborate with the team throughout the design process. Youll need to monitor the progress of briefs, ensuring timely delivery at all stages and communicate the progress to stakeholders and team members. You will be responsible for writing UX copy across responsive web pages and apps and will be able to discuss your writing, research, ideas and thought processes in an open and collaborative format. You will support the team in all aspects of content creation and copywriting including understanding the user, defining the problem, validating through research, ideation and refining of work, prototyping and testing. You will be given a platform to grow as a Content Designer with various opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a creative as well as being presented a clear progression path with various benefits along the way. Whats a typical dayYoull be working on transformational digital healthcare and wellbeing projects, alongside a rapidly growing, passionate and talented multi-disciplinary digital experience design team. Were made up of UX designers, UI designers, Content Designers and Researchers, who are all focused on creating the best digital experiences for our customers. Alongside project work, we give our designers time to help build the experience design team and shape our process within the wider digital team. Were led by data and try to show how designing delightful experiences has real business impact. Youll want to advocate your craft both internally and externally and contribute to the wider design community. Some days you might be working on a mental health campaign, others you may be helping craft an onboarding journey for one of our digital products. Youll also be a key contributor to the teams core projects, like our design systems and our design academy.
