From contribution of marketing proposals at the pitch stage, delivery of marketing activity tosupport our recruitment teams and taking the clients EVP and amplifying it to their target market - you will be responsible for bringing to life the possibilities that a recruitment marketing workstream can realise for our clients.You will be responsible for generating really high value content for the recruitment consultants at Lorien. Someone who can help create exceptional content and promote using various technologies and platforms. While playing an integral part building anddeveloping the content strategy in line with Loriens overall strategy.The other side of this role is the "digital knowledge and experience". The successful applicant will understand that writing and creating great content is one thing BUT understanding from a SEO perspective and how it sits and displays on a web page to optimisethe content is equally important. Its not just about creating material and expecting it to work - it needs to land digitally correct as well. So having the ability to write great content and getting it into the digital space will be a crucial element of thisrole.No two days will be the same in this fast-paced and exciting role. Working alongside the recruitment consultants you will also be creating, generating relevant and engaging content to send to our clients / customers via Bullhorn and marketing automationwith D365 so we can track, measure, and evaluate the success of the material and content over time. Which will help with sales initiatives, lead generation, lead nurture and client retention.You will be responsible for making decisions around which content form is best aligned to which objectives, using our content resource to achieve optimal impact. Plus, have overall responsibility for content channels, including social media and brand website.IS THIS THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Are you a strategic thinker Using content to support strategy and drive success.
  • Ensure all key deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Ability to write clear and concise content, reflecting the Lorien tone of voice.
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholder.
  • Organisation: Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload
  • Digital marketing: knowledge of the digital tools used to maximise and monitor reach of content published (CMS, Google Analytics, email client, social media platforms, SEMRush).
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A passion for digital, and experience of employer branding and recruitment marketing would be a plus.
  • Fantastic content writing skills and attention to detail
  • A creative mind-set and logical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills as youll be building relationships with a huge variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A hands-on can-do approach.
  • Good knowledge of marketing communication systems
  • Excellent leadership and team working ability - working together to achieve objectives.
  • Marketing experience within the recruitment sector would be ideal but
  • Good understanding of the tech sector and workplace trends
