Construction Project support - roboticsStart date: ASAPDuration: 6 monthsDay rate: flex, outside ir35 Are you ready to bring your exceptional organisational and support skills to a dynamic manufacturing team Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Construction Project Support to join theirteam on a fixed-term contract of 6 months. If you have a passion for construction and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Assisting with day-to-day coordination of construction projects, ensuring smooth operations Collaborating with the project management team to develop and maintain project schedules Tracking project costs, budgets, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Maintaining accurate project documentation and records, including invoices and contracts Conducting research, preparing reports, and creating presentations to support project decision-making Providing administrative support to the project team, including arranging meetings and scheduling appointments Assisting with site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations Qualifications and Skills:Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines Excellent attention to detail, ensuring meticulous accuracy in all tasks Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite Knowledge of construction processes and industry terminology Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Previous experience in a project support or similar role is desirable Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
