We Build Recruitment are looking for a Concierge to work for a successful residential management company based in Manchester.Your job role is to provide front of house and building management services to residents.Location: ManchesterJob Description- Provide the front of house presence for the building - responding to any queries from residents and visitors, accepting and organising deliveries, providing information on local area, etc.- Inform Management team of all matters which may effect the Residential Management Company- Maintain a polite, friendly and helpful manner to residents and visitors- Answer the telephone in a polite, professional and courteous manner- Remain properly dressed in uniform, taking care with personal grooming throughout the shift- Ensure that the Concierge desk is kept clean and tidy- To play a team role wherever required to ensure that the companys aims and objectives are met- Ensure all common areas, internal and external, are in a good and clean condition- Inspect building daily to identify any maintenance issues and to ensure fire escapes are clear of obstructions, take necessary action and keep records- Liaise with Property Manager on more complicated repair and maintenance issues- Liaise with external contractors and where appropriate, ensuring that all contractors sign in / out using the nominated book- Inspect and sign off all maintenance works by external contractors- Ensure correct signage is displayed throughout the building and any notice boards are kept up to date- Take meter readings for landlord utilities supplies- Keep accurate log of all activity to include any residents complaints- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and common work practicesKey Competencies Required:- Organizational skills - manages time and time of the team effectively- Self Motivated - looks outside his scope of work to improve SMC to the highest possible standard- Attention to Detail - carries out spot checks of the cleaning to a high standard ensuring the standard exceeds that the residents expect.- Customer Focused - fully recognizes the need to met their needs and be curious at all times.- High Personal Standards - not just in standard of work carried out but also in his personal presentationMeasures Of Success:- Weekly feedback from Property Manager- Performance against action list- Quarterly One to One and Annual appraisal carried out by Property Manager- Customer feedback results carried out by Managing AgentWorking hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm.Salary - 19k - 20k.If interested please submit your up to date CV and Lucy will be in touch.
