We are seeking a dedicated Complaints Handler, who will efficiently resolve customer issues within our Legal Compliance Department. ProfileA successful Complaints Handler should have:
  • Degree in Law or related field
  • Experience of complaints handling, preferably in a law firm
  • Knowledge and experience of the relevant SRA regulations and Legal Ombudsman rules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
