Community Feedback OfficersLocation: Southern Gate, 729 Princess Road, M20 2LTwith most time spent out in Southway communities including some evening and weekend workSalary: £24,850 (pro rata)approx. £780 gross per month13 hours per week 12-month fixed term contractSouthway Housing Trust is a community-based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that we work in. We are a "not-for-profit" landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000homes, mostly based in south Manchester.A brand new role has been created within the Customer Involvement and Community Investment Team for Southway tenants and members of Southway households only. We are recruiting three Community Feedback Officers who will each work in a specific area, to listento our tenants and collect their views about Southway and our services. Were looking for enthusiastic people with great communication skills and a real drive to help make things change.The successful candidates will work with colleagues from across the organisation, involved tenants and volunteers to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon. For the right person we offer a competitive annual salary and 25 days holiday per year(pro rata).
