Job Description

As Customer Communications Executive, working within a busy marketing team you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and execution of a wide variety of activities for the Customer Communications team. You will support the delivery and execution of various marketing tactics to support our campaign and communications plan. Predominantly supporting our exciting Full Fibre programme, youll manage updates to communications, complete agency briefings and attendproject calls to own comms actions and provide progress updates.

  • Youll work closely with the Customer Communications Manager to deliver targeted communications/campaigns via email, SMS, direct mail/letter and digital.
  • Youll work with creative agencies to develop campaign/communication messaging and creative.
  • Youll manage the sign off process for copy/campaign creative, working closely with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Youll work with our Marketing Automation Team to deliver your email and SMS campaigns/incident, migration & service comms via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other teams for social, digital and print work.
  • Youll work with the CRM team to deliver in-life triggered email and SMS comms via customer communication platforms including Opentext.
  • Youll work with our CRM and Marketing Automation team to create campaign reporting and review campaign performance.
  • Youll work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, Provisioning, Repair, and Digital teams to provide copies of, and continually update, our existing communications.
  • Youll manage a customer comms library to ensure all changes are documented and copies of comms are available on request.
