Role: Commercial Revenue Manager Status: Permanent Salary: competitive + excellent benefits Location: South Manchester This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Revenue Manager / Commercial Finance Manager to work for a leading organisation based in South Manchester. Responsibilities:* Managing the Revenue & Margin team to ensure that revenue and costs are accurately recorded in the accounts and communicated to the business * Ensuring all weekly reports are sent out timely, including payroll, supplier, billing and flash reports * Undertaking a review of all rates in the various systems to ensure that accurate GP is being recorded on each client and each worker * Improving existing processes, but also implementing efficient processes across the business to increase control and accuracy of contractor rate changes (both front end as back end) * Ability to understand complex workflows and contract set ups with clients and suppliers to ensure that new clients are set up correctly from the start * Become an expert in high volume and complex pricing mechanisms * Answering queries on fluctuations with GP as well as assisting the payroll and billing teams with any queries relating to the timesheet reports * Finding efficiencies within the team to allow the weekly reports to be produced more effectively and with few manual errors * Managing the worker system admin tasks so that the systems are maintained accurately * Team management and development of both the Revenue team as the Reporting team * Providing assistance to the Financial Controller and Finance Director when required * Assisting with strategic initiatives Experience required for this role: ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA or qualified by experience Previous revenue and margin accountancy experienceStrong leadership and supervisory experience of a small teamExceptional stakeholder management expertise Ability to liaise with people at all levels within the businessOrganized and methodical in approach with keen attention to detailsAbility to prioritise workloads, works well both autonomously and as part of a teamExposure to/ experience of working with JSOX or other compliance proceduresStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced / agile environment Excellent IT systems knowledge and experience - Advanced in Excel Please apply without delay as there is a deadline with this role.
