Job Description

Commercial Office Manager £40,000 plus benefits Manchester City Centre (St Peters Square)The CEO of a PLC requires a right-hand person to push the business forward, support in the operational running of the company and make key decisions.He is looking for someone who is business focused, commercially minded and has a flair for business strategy therefore wanting to be apart of a fantastic company with great culture and growth plans.The role will work alongside the CEO in heading up board meetings, setting actions, process and policy management whilst driving success through your own ideas and keeping up with the pace of whats going on around you.Hes looking for a certain character; someone who can contribute towards strategy, is a fantastic problem solver and really solutions driven whilst being on the same page as him (which essentially is growing a successful, process driven foundation)Its important you come from a similar role, perhaps in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager position but youre confident in your ability, you know what you want, have a real business head on your shoulders and can quickly understand what a Directorwants, how to interact with them and execute plans.Its a brilliant role for someone to have exposure and work for one of the best CEOs in Manchester who is creating something magnificent and understands the important of a strong Commercial Office Manager to support him do this.Your benefits will include flexible full time working hours (37.5 hours per week), private healthcare scheme, rewards programme, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and annual salary and development reviews.Applications accepted immediately through Erin Wilde at Platinum -
