A modern, forward thinking commercial practice based in central Manchester in looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor / Partner to their disputes team.The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced lawyer with upwards of 10 years experience in dealing with commercial disputes within a well respected commercial firms. This role would suit an existing Partner of a highly experienced SeniorAssociate looking to take the next step in their career.This firm has a first rate reputation in dealing with this type of work and work for a broad range of clients across a diverse range of sectors including largecorporations, SMEs, financial services organisations and high net worth individuals and businessowners.The firm has ambitious plans for the expansion and development of their disputes team in Manchester & nationwide over the next few years. Joining the team at a senior level you will be expected to play a key part, alongside the current partners and team, intheir future success. So as well as the fee earning and management side of things you will be expected to get actively involved in the business development activities of the firm as well as utilising your network and any client following to ensure that thedepartment fulfils their ambitions.The firm will offer a salary that is commensurate with the experience of the individual (with any client followings taken into account) but this will be highly competitive.
