BackgroundThis role is split across two companies: JY Kinsha (property business) and Pall Mall Medical (private healthcare business). Founded in 1997, JY Kinsha Properties is a privately-owned family business. The Pitalia family, who earlier in 2010 founded a business called Pall Mall Medical, own a number of commercial properties (mainly healthcare - GP Surgeries & Hospital) throughout the North West. Across the two businesses the family own around 20 premises. These consist of a mixture of private Healthcare businesses, city centre clinics, NHS GP practices, a Hospital, and a number of flexible, non-occupied commercial spaces. While JY Kinsha Properties is the ultimate parent company for this role, the incoming Commercial Lettings Manager will split their time securing occupancy for a range of commercial properties belonging to both JY Kinsha Properties and Pall Mall Medical.The OpportunityWith several properties having vacant rooms or floors, the business has identified the requirement for a Commercial Lettings Manager to find permanent, semi-permanent and ad hoc tenants. Reporting into the commercial teams across JY Kinsha and Pall Mall Medical, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced family-owned business in the heart of the North West. This individual will take full responsibility for the management of the family’s property portfolio, focusing on commercially delivering high quality tenants to a number of different properties.This is a unique chance to manage a property portfolio consisting of a vast and varied amount of sought-after commercial space in city centre and urban locations.This is strictly a 12-month contract of employment. There is however the possibility of permanent employment beyond the initial 12-month period for the right individual. The family do recognise honesty, hard-work, determination, and enthusiasm. This will be a target driven individual that thrives in a fast paced, high pressured sales environment. This will also be an individual who can effectively communicate, can quickly establish positive working relationships with people at all levels and a strong networker.The Role
