Commercial Finance ManagerSalary: £60,000 - £65,000Location: hybrid workingDuration: PermanentSellick Partnership has been assigned exclusively to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager for a truly global service business based in Manchester. The role has been created due to phenomenal growth and requires a knowledgeable and commercially astute individualwho can make a notable impact from day one.The role requires an ambitious and proactive individual who enjoys applying a strong commercial focus, with the ability to build robust and productive relationships, providing support and challenge across all functions and liaising with senior management.Reporting into the Head of FP&A and Commercial Finance you will play a key role in co-ordinating the delivery of clear and robust insights to the business, with a focus on value-add analysis which drives actions and decisions across the business.You will be tasked with the below responsibilities:-) Reporting and analysis on periodic Group financial performance (EBITDA, BTL, KPIs, Ratios etc)) Developing Financial models) Commercial analytics and Customer analysis) Analysis of non-financial drivers.) Budgeting & forecasting across the group (mapping out growth plans, generating three- to five-year financial forecasts)) Investment analytics (marketing activities)) Monitor and provide insight on financial movements within the market/competitors.) External reporting) Working closely with FP&A analyst to enhance OneStream reporting capabilities) Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function) Supporting on adhoc project workTo get going quickly in this role, you will need to have significant experience as a qualified accountant, within a planning finance function. We will look for you to show your planning and forecasting skills and how youve provided key insights that deliveredresults. So that youre able to fully understand the complexity of this business, you will ideally have experience from a large organisation.The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified professional having gained experience in a similar Commercial Finance Manager or FP&A Manager role. You will have a positive, enthusiastic and hands-on approach backed with drive and ambition.You will need to be confident working with a diverse range of people and cultures and have excellent communication skills.You will have a proven deadline driven track record with robust financial planning and analysis and financial forecasting skills.
