And we all work together to be brilliant for customers, every single day.What youll be doing Reporting directly to a Commercial Direct Claims Team Leader, youll be integral in guaranteeing that our Direct Line for Business and Churchill for Business customers receive a fair and efficient claims handling service.Your duties will encompass validating, investigating, negotiating, and fulfilling Commercial Property Claims within a specified handling authority limit. With complete ownership and accountability for each claim, youll manage the entire claims process, includinginvestigating, negotiating indemnity and liability, and identifying recovery opportunities.Youll also oversee indemnity spend and reserving, manage customer and third-party expectations, maximise revenue generation and recovery opportunities, and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
