We are representing a city centre based brokerage with a strong reputation for technical expertise and a client base predominantly comprising commercial risks. Financially robust and having recently made some key appointments in their senior management team, this is an exciting time to join the company.Due to growth of the business they are keen to recruit an experienced Claims Handler to manage a varied caseload of commercial Property & Liability claims. Working as a dedicated contact to some of the business’ most prestigious clients your role will involve; managing claims from inception to completion, supporting your client through the claims process, negotiation with insurers to secure best outcomes along with claims reviews and occasional client visits.Applicants from either broker, insurer or adjuster background are welcome though experience across EL, PL and Property claims is key to the role. Essentially you will be self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage your own caseload whilst providing excellent client service and technical guidance to less experienced members of the team.In return for your hard work and commitment our client our client can offer genuine opportunities for progression along with attractive salary and benefits package.
