Our Collections teams provide support to our Global Business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on cash collection, and aged debt clearance. Youll be part of a high performing, fast-paced team who always strive to exceed cash and quality targetswhilst operating in line with FCA, DPA and Banking Code Regulations. What youll be doing:This role is an exciting opportunity working within the Collections team on both BAU and project activities you will take a lead on supporting Collections projects and change enhancements. You will be the key business contact working closely with both internaland external stakeholders to depart specialist knowledge and expert input for Collections & Recoveries . You will review opportunities for improvements in processes and systems to strive for operational effectiveness. You should have an understanding of theteam and departmental outputs to explore opportunities to maximise working capital and minimise bad debt risk, such as cash collection. As this role has a high level of interaction across the business you must be able to demonstrate great stakeholder engagementand be confident in communicating at all levels. What youll bring
