Podium Recruitment is looking for a skilled and dedicated Collections Advisor looking to build a long-term career within motor finance. This full-time collections role is based in Denton and offers a starting salary of £23,000-£30,000, with a bonus of upto 10% and excellent benefits.As a Collections Advisor, you will recover customer arrears via telephone, written communications and any other digital methods introduced into the department. You will also set appropriate, sustainable, and compliant repayment arrangements. Please note thatworking hours for this position are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8 am-8 pm, on a rolling roster pattern. You will also need to work 1 in 4 weekends with days off during the week you are scheduled to work that weekend.To give you an idea of how this collections job would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:- Address failed arrangements appropriately and promptly- Address customers change of circumstances in line with company policy and procedures surrounding potentially vulnerable customers- Adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the company and its regulators- Address and raise any risks identified during the role that aligns with company policy- Assist in projects and mini-initiatives within the collections function as advised by the line managerTo apply for this Collections Advisor role, you must have collections experience, ideally within a regulated environment. Asset and car finance expertise would also be an advantage.
