Job Description

Theyre looking for a Collections Agent in Manchester, and the role comes with a salary of up to £30k and excellent benefits.You will also be dealing with telephone queries from customers who are experiencing financial difficulties.In your first few weeks in this Collections Agent role, you can expect to:

  • Having great conversations with customers to find suitable payment solutions for any missed payments
  • Setting up payment plans and working with other specialist teams to support the customer
  • Displaying compassion and understanding towards customers in vulnerable circumstances.
To apply for this Collections Agent role, you will need 8-12 months of Collections/arrears management experience for this role. You will also require the following:
  • Previous experience of working in a similar Payment Support/Collections/Recoveries role
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with our customers
  • Knowledge of financial principles and understanding different ways of supporting our customers.
