Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Collections Advisor to join a well established financial services business based in Denton. You will be working within the collections team, speaking to existing customers, help getting them back on track with their payments.Client DetailsOur client are a well established financial services business based in Denton. They are looking for Collections Advisors to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the collections team. Our client offers greatcareer progression, competitive salary and excellent benefits.DescriptionDuties of the Collections Advisor will be:

  • As a Collections Advisor youll be supporting customers with queries
  • Youll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
  • Maximise collections activity
  • Problem and query resolution
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the below skills:
  • To understand the customers requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in a collections / debt recovery focused role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills
Job Offer
  • Salary £19,000 OTE £28,000
  • Hours - Mon - Fri, working shift patterns between 8.30am and sometimes working later shifts which means you will be finishing at 7pm.
