Job Description

We are currently supporting one of the fastest-growing financial services businesses in the UK as they look to recruit a number of collection advisors within their Manchester City Centre office offering a salary of £22,000-£26,000 DOE, plus a 10% annualbonus. Duties for Collections Advisor:
  • Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
  • Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
  • Setting up repayment arrangements
  • General administration duties
  • Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
  • Adhere to KPIs set by the business
  • To meet individual and contribute to team targets
  • To complete any reasonable ad-hoc requests
An ideal Collections Advisor Background:
  • We would like to hear from you if you have experience working within a Collections role
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people
  • Experienced working within a regulated background
