Job Description

Day to day responsibilities as a Collections Advisor:
  • Recovering customers arrears via different avenue channels such as phone, written communication or any other methods introduced into the department
  • Due to the customer being in arrears, this position requires high level of empathy as dealing with vulnerable customers
  • Effective fact finding and questioning to set up suitable repayment arrangements
  • Adhering to regulatory guidelines such as: FCA regulations
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs set by the business
Id LOVE to hear from you regarding the Collections Advisor role if you:
  • Have 12 months experience working within collections as a collections agent, collection advisor or similar, whether that be early or late arrears
  • Strong customer service skills and having a natural ability to empathise with people
  • Experiencing working within a regulated environment
