Cloud Platform Manager (GCP) | Hybrid | To £120k + bonus - up to 30%Ive just taken the brief for a cracking role with one of our most exciting clients. Theyre looking to bring on a Cloud Platform Manager who has experience working with Google Cloud Platform (ideally) on an enterprise scale and has experience establishingand managing the team and processes.This role will see you coming from a strong technical management background where you have built enterprise-scale technical cloud solutions. Working directly with C-Level stakeholders you will have to have exceptional stakeholder management capabilitiesand be able to defend your technical ideas, and push back on ideas from senior members of staff. Establishing and managing this team will be integral to your day-to-day work from the start. Your background will have seen you managing the cloud platform ata large organisation, or you may be a Senior Cloud Architect or Cloud Delivery professional who is looking to make the jump into management.You will be building and managing a growing Cloud Platform team and taking full accountability for the end to end delivery of this for the entire business. Youll be working to budgets and ensuring projects are delivered in line with discussions. As a manageryou will be experienced at bringing out the best in your people and ensuring efficient and effective delivery.You will be overseeing the move from on-prem to Cloud for a large organisation and will need to guide the company through this adoption phase. Youll need to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Tech-wise, our client arent looking topigeon-hole a candidate with a list of specific tools; however, you will need to have experience with the following:
