Badenoch + Clarks client in the North West of England is recruiting for an IT Project Manager to manage a number of clinical system projects, with a significant focus on Pharmacy related systems. The contract is to start ASAP, will last for an initial three months (with extensions likely) and will pay in the region of £300 per day (OUTSIDE OF IR35).The successful candidate will be picking up a small portfolio of projects at various stages of delivery and will be asked to progress them through to completion, under the organisations Prince 2 methodology and overarching governance within the Programme Team. The nature of some of the projects you will be leading on are related to Pharmacy Stock Control, Inpatient Discharge Summary, a Maternity system upgrade and other prescribing systems. In order to be considered, given the niche nature of some of the NHS clinical IT systems being implemented it is 100% essential that you must have a track record and knowledge of project managing the delivery of clinical IT systems into Hospital Trust settings. You will also ideally have a solid knowledge of delivering pharmacy systems (stock control and/or prescribing), whilst any knowledge of maternity systems would also be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative NHS organisation and help them deliver some key new applications into live service. Please APPLY NOW and dont miss out.
