Job Description

Clinical Resourcer Location: Kearsley, M26 1GG Hours: Full Time - Remote and Office-Based WorkingPay: Up to £26k DOE Behind our fantastic frontline team, we have a team of experts, working to support the continued delivery of patient care and industry-leading innovation. The RoleConducting thorough research to identify target Clinicians of interest and then obtain their contact details in order to build prospect data for the Recruiters.The successful candidate will work as a member of the Resourcing department and will be required to:

  • Working closely with the Resourcing Business Partner and Recruiters to ensure prospect data is being generated in the priority locations, mapping and qualifying the Clinicians
  • Through research identify the Clinicians most likely to be converted
  • Utilising all social platforms and pro-active sourcing tools methodically work through approaching all Clinicians of interest in order of priority
  • Utilise the agreed sequence of communications and {my}dentist collateral to approach Clinicians
  • Record all the results of the research and approaches in the CRM system
  • Where Clinical contact details are obtained add them into the CRM system and alert the Recruiter so they can call the prospect
  • Utilising both the {my}dentist and your own social channels and networks, share engaging content
  • Update the recruitment plan, post live jobs, and register candidates onto the {my}dentist recruitment ATS as required
  • Gaining strong knowledge of the dental industry and {my}dentist opportunities
  • Comply with organisational procedures and legislative requirements including GDPR
  • Deliver service excellence
  • Explain resourcing processes clearly to prospects and give ongoing support as necessary
  • Ensure SLAs are achieved
