Job Description

Client Support Administrator, Financial Services, Manchester. Salary up to £30,000 (Dependent upon level of experience) Excellent benefits including a bonus and up to 3 days working from homeAn excellent opportunity for budding Financial Advisors out there.Are you an IFA administrator looking for your next step up Do you want to get involved in devising processes and have the autonomy to do things as you see fitAre you looking for a firm who offer a true career path to becoming a Financial AdvisorAre you tired of commuting into Manchester city centre 5 days a weekwith the new road layout and lack of reasonable parkingThen this could be just the opportunity that you are looking for.This is an excellent and interesting opportunity in Manchester to work for an IFA firm who have a client centred approach and are experienced in helping clients with complex needs.The purpose of the role is to provide client services, and administration support to a business who offer unparalleled service to their clients.You will contribute to the success of the company overall and adhere to all internal compliance standards and administration procedures ensuring that client satisfaction is of the highest standard throughout all contact with clients and colleagues.Your duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Client Services Manager to deal with ongoing and technical queries as and when they arise, working within the achievable deadlines set out
  • To initiate the on boarding process and manage the process through to the application stage
  • Deal with client queries including valuations, policy information and transfers and client invoicing and chasing aged debtors
Skills and experience required:
  • A minimum of 18 months experience within Financial Services
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with clients effectively
  • You will have a working knowledge of core financial products including pensions, ISAs, Investments
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and numeracy skills both written and oral
