Client Services ExecutiveManchester City CentreLeading Law firmMy client is a leading law firm in Manchester City Centre and are a top law firm to work for. They are looking for a Client Services Executiveto join the Client Services team in the Manchester office, based in Spinningfields.The Client Services team act as a liaison between new clients and departments, by delivering accurate information about the enquiry to the relevant legal department. They are an integral team to the business, ensuring potential and existing clients receivethe best possible customer service helping to generate repeat custom and client recommendations.The successful candidate should have:Excellent customer services skills and a passion for customer service (Telephone based ideally)Strong inter-personal communication skillsA sales-minded attitudeAbility to manage sensitive personal data with accuracy and discretionAbility to maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to build trustPrevious experience in telephone-based customer services (essential)An understanding of different areas of law (beneficial but not essential)Previous experience of using the Proclaim case management system (beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided)The role is 35 hours a week (8 hours a day including one hour for lunch) and is on a rota basis covering the hours of 8am to 7pm.
