Lunch subsidies / free refreshments and snacks are offered.What youll be doing...Join forces with our Client Relations Director and Executives to uncover exciting opportunities within small and medium contracts across all divisions, leading to the successful retention of these contracts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations and Support Service teams to craft irresistible B2B offers for small and medium contracts, driven by valuable insights from Client feedback, aligning with Elior UKs ambitious annual retention/renewal targets.
  • Utilise the dynamic Tegara system to input actions/activities, keeping a vigilant eye on stakeholder input, and ensuring timely interventions by checking contract vulnerability scores/status.
  • Efficiently coordinate all documentation related to contract re-negotiation within specified timeframes, engaging seamlessly with associated Support Services and Operations teams.
  • Forge ongoing connections with operators through meaningful communication and site visits, assessing and elevating current standards while fostering relationships with site clients.
  • Be a key player in client re-bid presentations, influencing both content and format, and ensuring the presence of relevant attendees and compelling presentation collateral.
  • Craft comprehensive remedial action plans post-client meetings, promptly uploading them to the Tegara contract page.
  • Negotiate and align actions and timeframes for remedial actions with the appropriate operator, monitoring and following up to gauge client reaction and satisfaction.
