Job Description

Client Manager x2 - Food and Drink - Manchester - £32,000Our client works with some of the UKs biggest brands to help them understand the drivers of their performance and revenue. They establish integrated consumer insight and market measurement to inform clients across the globe with strategies for growth. Withoffices in the UK and USA, you will be joining an ambitious business at an exciting point in their growth journey.They are now looking for a Client Success and Insights Manager, who is ambitious and will work closely with many of the worlds leading drink brands to help them make better and more informed decisions. Managing a portfolio of world-renowned clients, youwill build and maintain strong and long lasting peer to peer relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.You will be crucial in driving business growth through best-in-class client management and developing proactive account plans to meet client retention & budget targets. As an expert on both the market and the clients suite of services, you will identify,propose, upsell and implement the most appropriate projects or solutions in order to exceed clients ROI & service expectations.They believe in growing talent and rewarding our stars by providing progression opportunities that are based on merit, not time served. As a Consumer Research Manager you will have the opportunity to be part of a great team based in the UK which is expandinginto new international markets, developing new capabilities and working with the biggest food and drink suppliers across this vibrant sector.The Role:

  • Overseeing the delivery of all work & presentations for the client, with input into the storyboard and narrative, especially in more complex projects.
  • Working with the team to ensure projects are consistently delivered to the highest standard & on time.
  • Conducting final review of key presentations, applying advanced market understanding & strategic thinking to ensure all presentations provide the client with SMART recommendations which are in line with their business objectives.
  • Responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and yearly account plans are implemented to truly add value to clients and enhance the relationship.
  • Working collaboratively and communicating with clarity across the client facing teams, to ensure high quality projects and insights are delivering true value across the portfolio of clients.
  • Managing and mentoring across the Client Success team with support from the Client Director.
  • This role is designed for experienced Client Managers, Client Account Executives or Client Success Executives looking to develop further in a leading research and consultancy business.
About you:
  • An experienced client manager, dedicated to adding value to clients and ensuring every project is delivered at a high quality.
  • Proven experience with working with insights and data and comfortable with creating a story start to finish.
  • Talent for finding the story behind the data and able to see the value this adds to clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator looking to collaborate with internal teams.
  • High energy, positive, self-reliant and able to motivate those around you.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment of competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A great team player and desire to be a leader within the team.
  • A commitment to consistency and following best practice to ensure high standards are maintained across everything the team touches.
