Job Description

Client Manager required. Our client, a leading firm in the financial services industry are looking for a client manager to join their team. As a rapidly growing business, they are committed to delivering exceptional financial services to their diverse clientbase, and they need a Client Manager who shares their passion for excellence and is eager to contribute to their continued success.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing their financial needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive bookkeeping, VAT, and Management account services for assigned clients.
  • Review and verify accuracy of financial documents, including periodic bookkeeping, VAT returns, and Management accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely receipt and return of all necessary documents, meeting deadlines.
  • Support clients with Payroll services and handle the preparation and filing of P11d returns.
  • Periodically assess client processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver timely Management Information, advising on profitability, business efficiency, and effective controls.
  • Optimise client cash flow using appropriate software and financial analysis.
  • Conduct initial reviews of all Management account returns before final manager/director reviews.
  • Prepare integrated financial projections, budgets, Break Even Analysis, and business plans.
  • Assist in sourcing and negotiating finance for clients.
  • Conduct business valuations when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns.
  • Train and develop less experienced staff within the team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
  • Support the billing process and contribute to the overall success of the client management team.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years experience of working in a practice
  • Ideally be AAT or ACCA qualified or part-qualified or QBE.
Remuneration
  • Competitive salary £30,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)
  • 25 Days holiday (includes 3 days for Christmas and New Year as the office is closed)
  • Extra Days Leave for your Birthday and Extra Days Leave awarded after 3 years of service up to a maximum of 30 days
