The Role: I am recruiting a Client Administrator (Technical Administrator / Client Services Assistant, Financial Services) on behalf of Smart Financial Ltd., a highly regarded, well established and ambitious Lifestyle FinancialPlanning firm based in Manchester (Ancoats M4). Working in a small, friendly and collaborative team the successful Client Administrator (Technical Administrator / Client Services Assistant, Financial Services) will support the Client Managers (Financial Planners) by ensuring they have all the requiredinformation to advise their clients and deliver the highest level of customer experience. The Client Administrator (Technical Administrator / Client Services Assistant, Financial Services) will be responsible for liaising with product providers to gather policyinformation and will be confident utilising technology to process this information, ensuring the financial planning service is delivered efficiently and effectively. The business is increasingly utilising emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies to improvetheir client experience and to streamline and systemise support functions. We therefore envisage the role will develop to incorporate increasing levels of client support and technical management, so an aptitude for technology is essential.Salary and Benefits: £25,000 - £33,000 (dependant on experience) + benefits including 22 days holiday + bank holidays + pension + flexible working hours + hybrid working + training + Continued Professional Development.The Person: The successful Client Administrator (Technical Administrator / Client Services Assistant, Financial Services) will pride themselves on their attention to detail, will be highly self-motivated and will have excellent administrativeand customer service skills.
