Job Description

A highly reputable Global Commercial Insurer has a new and exciting opportunity for someone who is a career driven individual. This is perfect for someone ready to kick-start their career in Insurance as a Claims Administrator.As a Claims Administrator you will be responsible for offering administrative support to the claims team ensuring that they have all the information they require to handle their claims files efficiently.Key duties/tasks include:

  • Entering loss information into appropriate claims applications and uploading documents onto e-files.
  • Entering financial transactions into internal systems including payments and reserve changes.
  • Issuing payments advice and subrogation forms.
  • Scanning and uploading documents onto e-filing.
  • Management of insurance bordereaux data.
  • General support to management and examiners
  • Account queries including running reports as requested
To be considered you will need to have proven administration experience with a desire to develop your knowledge to understand the claims process. This does not need to be within an Insurance setting but would be beneficial.
