You will be required to monitor her clinical needs ensuring she is always safe and well.She is a lovely little girl who is very active, and very much enjoys climbing, and playing with her toys, this is something her visual impairment does not prevent her from doing!When she is awake, she responds very well to love, positive praise and promoting a restful environment.Due to her tracheostomy, she is nonverbal but does understand English and Urdu and is currently learning sign language and has her own signs to communicate with her family and care team.The night shifts are waking, so previous experience in this is desired but not essential.Essential Previous experience
