Job Description

Chemistry LecturerGreater Manchester£26,000- £40,500 FULL TIME - PERMStart date: ASAPJob description and responsibilities

  • Teaching BTEC and T Level NCFE Chemistry
  • Full time hours, 8.30am until 4.00pm
  • Working in the Science Department, you will be working with a variety of learners and be expected to meet the Colleges standards of work
  • Teaching - Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment including activities, resources and homework, to be used in the classroom, study areas, off site and at home
  • Providing additional tutorial and pastoral support to students across the College as required
  • Develop resources and teaching materials to meet course guidance/frameworks

Requirements of a Chemistry Lecturer:
  • A UK recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent
  • Experience of delivering the subject.
  • A chemistry related Degree is desirable
  • A current DBS or willing to apply for one
