About the role:As aChef de Partiethe key requirements are that you have a passion for cooking with fresh food, an eye for detail and consistency and canwork well in a small team.Youll assist withHealth & Safety in the Kitchen,manage and rotate your stock and oversee therunning of your section.Ideally you will have previous experience in the kitchen, be highly motivated andeager to develop your skills and progress to the next level.We love to promote great people from within, so there are always opportunities for progression within the businessas well as other sites in the estate.Where you will be working:The Rain Bar, Manchester City Centre received its notorious name due to one of Manchesters constant claims to fame; the weather. Its had a scattered history starting life as a Victorian canal side warehouse, becoming an umbrella factory and until its developmentwas a dry cleaning business.
