Job Description

Channel account Manager;We are a successful, fast-growing UK SaaS scale-up business based in Manchester with an office just opened in New York. We work with some of the UKs most recognised brands in the UK Fashion & Apparel, Homewares and Technology industry helping them succeedin OmniChanneleCommerce.Major Performance ObjectivesThe primary role of the Channel Account Manager is to generate new Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through our referral partners and build long term mutually beneficial partnerships. You will contribute to our companys growth by helping to develop and managean ecosystem of partners, who advocate us, and trust us to help delight their customers.Working within our Partnership team, youll manage an existing group of UK partners as well as acquiring new partners and support their enablement so that they are confident to refer us to their prospects and customers.To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working both autonomously and within a team, and thrive on delivering positive outcomes through your trusted relationships that you foster.Key Responsibilities;

  • Experience in B2BSaaSeComm technologies
  • Ability to develop business relationships
  • Comfortable meeting / presenting to CXOs
  • Attend and run regular Partner review meetings
  • Identify, nurture and qualify opportunities through to SQL
  • Work with other internal teams including marketing, Sales and Business Development Representative (BDR)
  • Experience of meeting targets - you will be measured against SQLs and other KPIs
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Be able to use, Crossbeam and MS Office
  • Define joint business benefits with other partners to help market proposition
