The role is offered on an 18-month Fixed Term Salaried Contract in the first instance.The purpose of your role will be to both plan and drive the delivery of change adoption and business readiness strategies as part of an ERP system implementation, ensuring the necessary technology, process and people changes are delivered to achieve businessbenefits. Ongoing responsibilities will include assisting in the definition of the change management strategy; leading on stakeholder engagement and the delivery of a targeted communications strategy; owning the stakeholder analysis matrix; design and implementingtraining strategy; developing transition plans in preparation for BAU; defining and managing readiness measure; and triaging post go live support issues.Must Have
