Job Description

  • You will deliver IT change priorities including M365 product integration for all users. You will communicate with lines of business and build the content (Comms, Blogs, Lunch & Learns, Infographics, etc) necessary to implement Digital change.
  • Deliver learning sessions to staff on how to use Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Relay all current and pipeline change information to people leaders for discussion and Senior Leadership approval.
  • Provide/explain any potential issues/impacts to any planned change to the lines of business.
  • Oversee data gathering in respect of any Pilot/Early Adopter activities planned.
  • Work with Directorates to prepare them for various change impacts by set deadlines and lead checkpoint meetings to deal with all questions and issues.
  • Lead on change-related Learning & Development across organisation.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties/tasks related to Change, Knowledge and Information Management or other generalist work strands.
  • Identification of Impacts, Risks dependencies and conflicts of the individual workstreams in the ICT roadmap.
  • Perform organisational "Readiness Assessments" for the individual workstreams and adjust the change planning accordingly.
  • Liaise between ICT, L&D and Internal Comms to communicate the change effectively throughout the organisation.
ProfileDesireable experience in sectors:
  • Central Government; Public Sector; NHS / Public Health; Ombudman Services.
Desirable experience in Project:
  • MS365 Products - (MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint &c)
Other desirable experience;
  • PROSCI
  • IT change programmes more generally - IT-facing business and process change
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to develop training materials in collaboration with the L&D department
