Key ResponsibilitiesManage, Support and Develop the team and tasks, monitor performance and be an inclusive leader.Ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard. All round knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Corporate Banking. A Proactive, Can Do and Forward Thinking approach. Excellent attention to detail with a high standard of integrity. A people person, able to build relationships and communicate effectively.Team OverviewThe Central Finance Support Team sits within the wider Accounts Receivable Team within the Central Finance department based in Manchester, it is a fast paced, high transactional and friendly environment. Tasks in the team include circa 150 monthly bank reconciliations,maintenance of supplier bank details, daily movement of cash, management of daily float, daily reconciliation of virtual accounts, processing of internal adjustments/payments via Workflow, opening and closing of bank accounts and meeting internal/externalad hoc requirements. The team have a close relationship with Compliance to manage Risk and comply to legislations including RICS and Audit.
