Reference Number: CAT-CA-MANC-YP-1702Job Title: Catering AssistantLocation: Manchester, M17Pay Rate: £8.21 - £8.72Hours per week: 20Shift Times: 09.30 - 16.30Working days: Monday - WednesdayOVERVIEW:Atalian Servest is recruiting for an experienced Catering Assistant based in one of ourBusiness and Industry sites. As a catering assistant, you will have exposure to all areas of the restaurant- we are looking for someone who is used to working in a team, covering all areas front and back of the house and that can communicate effectively with the customers and onsite clients.DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assisting the Chef Manager with basic food preparation.
  • Serving customers - counter service.
  • Cash handling, till work and cashing up.
  • General cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant areas.
    • THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
  • Will have a background of working in a commercial kitchen environment as a Catering/ General Assistant or similar.
  • Ideally, you will hold your basic food hygiene certificate.
