Teaching Personnel are on anexciting journey of growth and we are looking for a driven and talented Candidate Consultant to be part of our Manchester Secondary and SEN division.Who We Are: Manchester Secondary and SENSitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energetic team of 20+ full time recruitment consultants working with Secondary and SEN schools across Greater Manchester. We work hard, but we also have fun and celebrate our successes.The RoleAs a Candidate Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you are the essential link between our educators (candidates) and clients, ensuring we can meet their staffing and supply needs. You are not required to have experience in this career previously, so long as youbring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering the Secondary and SEN sector and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - and we will beright there, supporting and cheering you on.Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to:

  • Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
  • Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
  • Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
  • Be organised and able to manage a pipeline of candidates who will go on to work for TP
