Job Description

Candidate Consultant TFS are an award-winning recruitment company based in the heart of Manchester, bringing a fresh approach to the healthcare recruitment sector. We work with both public and private institutions across the UK to place healthcare professionals in Temporary and Permanent roles.We have one of the strongest brands in the sector and you will be able to build upon our success within the healthcare market and establish strong relationships with our clients and candidates.Job Summary You will represent TFS Healthcare with supporting candidate retention. Your primary focus is to retain and recruit candidates. You will strive to develop lasting relationships with candidates ensuring they are consistently booked for shifts that align withtheir availability, while actively seeking referrals from your existing candidate base and oversee the candidate onboarding process.Primary objectives:

  • Manage candidates journey throughout the onboarding process ensuring you are hitting the clearance target.
  • Build and development all candidates relationships within an area ensuring we maximise the retention of current workers.
  • Work with and support QX to ensure that all candidates are booked for shifts that align with their availability.
  • Continuously recruit new candidates through referrals ensuring you are hitting the referral target.
Roles and responsibilities
  • To manage candidate relationships whilst trying to get the best outcome for the business.
  • Understand the value of candidate relationships and the importance of them to being successful in this industry.
  • Ensure contact with candidates both working and non- working is regular and meaningful, and you build rapport.
  • Ensure you are providing the best possible service to each of your candidates.
  • Work with QX to ensure that all candidates are booked for shfits that align with their availability.
  • Communicate candidates availability to a client if not visible on booking system.
  • Continuously recruit new candidates through referrals.
  • Maximise each candidate, we have at our disposal and ensure that we are on top of any candidates that have not sent us their availability.
  • Minimise late cancellations and ensure that nurses do not DNA.
  • Gather all documentation needed from a new candidate.
  • Take ownership of the candidate onboarding process, ensuring an effective and efficient journey for the candidate.
  • Ensure close collaboration with all support functions i.e., payroll, marketing..
  • Be able to work both autonomously and part of a team.
  • Work closely with Senior Management team within the Division and wider business
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
  • Have a strong drive and be able to focus on targets.
