You will be pivotal in coordinating, developing and delivering integrated campaigns acrossour target audiences to meet our broader business objectives.This role will work closely with Head of Marketing, Head of Campaigns and the Heads of Industry, Services, Sales and Recruitment and the wider Marketing team to create aligned campaigns that differentiate BJSS.Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders within the business to build and maintain a campaign and events calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive campaigns that work to meet demand generation, awareness, re-activation or recruitment objectives (respectively).
  • Developing and delivering campaigns, on time, on budget and working to meet business objectives, using the full marketing mix.
  • Effectively track and analyse marketing ROI for all campaigns, specifically cost per lead, cost per opportunity etc.
  • Be able to forecast and report accurately and concisely to demonstrate success and ROI.
  • Collaborate effectively across the Marketing Team to manage resource, prioritise workloads and drive innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate the true value of Marketing.
  • Encourage and deliver innovations in the way we work - challenging the status quo and have the confidence to experiment and challenge where required.
  • Ability to deliver campaigns and also in running events, (ranging from small round tables too large-scale events with 200+ delegates)
About YouKnowledge and skills
  • Experience in delivering successful campaigns specifically within the b2b environment, and IT industry.
  • HubSpot experience preferred (Pardot/Marketo experience will be considered)
  • Proven track record in developing & delivering successful campaigns with demonstrable ROI
  • Broad understanding of private and public sector verticals.
  • An understanding of IT in general - from Data and AI to Cyber Security.
  • Deep understanding of integrated sales & marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery - applying best practices and aligning with buyers journey.
  • Some understanding of recruitment campaigns and the ability to pivot to meet the different challenges recruitment provides.
  • Knowledge of how to analyse campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvement
  • Having a services background as opposed to product lead - would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, lead handling and qualification
  • Ability to track and measure campaigners where theres a long run time associated with conversion.
