The administrator will be providing the following support to the team.The Attendance Team has been set up to undertake first day absence call-backs on behalf of managers and booking of Covid 19 staff testing. This role is to:* Use Teams to identify individuals who require an absence call-back* Undertake the absence call-back, using the SOP and script* Record absence information in the Trusts absence management system* Book staff tests as appropriate* To raise queries and issues that are not outlined in the SOP* Proactively engage in regular team communication (daily huddle) and de-briefs following difficult calls* Participate in trainingThe skills required areAbility to communicate effectively with service users (who may be worried or distressed)Ability to communicate and engage with multiple stakeholders, (mainly virtually)Accuracy of data input and recording of informationUse outlook emails and be comfortable working on electronic systems.Use of teams is helpful but not essentialManchester Royal Infirmary is located on Oxford Road and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking (Fees will apply) in the multi storey car parks on Grafton Street and Hathersage Road.
